    4. A2P SMS Messaging & Communications

    As part of our services, we utilize Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS messaging to send you important updates, notifications, and marketing communications (where consented). We strictly adhere to A2P 10DLC compliance standards.

    Strict No-Sharing Policy for SMS Data

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

    You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. For assistance, reply "HELP".

    As stated above, we never share or sell your SMS opt-in data or phone numbers to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
